FAQs

Our goal is to find every cat and kitten a safe, loving, lifelong home. Because we care so deeply about their well-being, we have an adoption application and policies that help us make the best matches for both our animals and their future families. We kindly ask that you read through our FAQs before applying so you understand our process and requirements. Thank you for helping us give these cats the happy lives they deserve.

PLEASE READ CAREFULY

Why do you require an application?
We require an adoption application to help ensure each cat is placed in a safe, loving, and suitable home. It allows us to learn about your household and experience with pets so we can make the best match for both you and the cat. Our goal is to set every adoption up for a lifetime of success.

Cat adoption fee: $75
Kitten adoption fee: $125 OR two for $225
What is a dual adoption?
Adoption requirements vary depending on each cat's needs. Some cats may be adopted on their own, while others must be adopted with another cat. If you don't currently have a feline companion at home, we may require you to adopt two compatible cats or kittens together. We also occasionally have bonded pairs that must remain together and be adopted as a pair.
What is a solo adoption?
A solo adoption means the cat must be adopted on their own and cannot go home with another cat from our rescue. Depending on the cat's personality and needs, we may also require them to be the only pet in the home or recommend a home without young children. These requirements are based on what will help each cat feel the safest, happiest, and most comfortable.
Can I meet the cat/kitten before deciding to adopt?
Yes! We offer meet-and-greets so you can spend time with the cat or kitten before making your decision. This gives you the opportunity to see if they're a good fit for your home and helps ensure the adoption is the right match for both you and the cat.
What is all included in an adoption?
All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered prior to adoption, are updated on vaccines, and are microchipped.
